Please read these terms carefully before using our platform

1. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY

  • When you create an account on GoldGini, it is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If you provide false, outdated, or incomplete information, your account may be suspended or terminated.
  • GoldGini may temporarily suspend your account if suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.
  • Your mobile number is your primary ID. Please ensure it is always updated and verified with OTP.
  • You are responsible for updating any changes in your mobile number or email address.
  • If you share your account with others, you accept full responsibility for any actions taken through your account.
  • If your account remains inactive for a long period (e.g., 3-4 years), it may be permanently deleted for security and privacy reasons.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

GoldGini provides online services including the purchase of makeup, beauty products, and accessories from trusted brands. Payments may be made using the various payment options available on the platform.

  • Every purchase is subject to specific policies including cancellation, exchange, and return listed in the FAQ section.
  • Products returned must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging. Used or damaged products will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • If you refuse to accept a returned shipment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Certain products may have special terms mentioned on their product page.
  • GoldGini attempts to provide accurate product descriptions but does not guarantee that all content will be error-free or fully accurate.

3. PLATFORM FOR TRANSACTIONS AND COMMUNICATION

Gold Gini acts only as an intermediary platform. We provide a space where users (buyers and sellers) can connect and transact. Gold Gini does not control, handle, or participate in any direct transaction between them.

All commercial parameters like price, payment terms, delivery timelines, and warranties are decided solely between the buyer and seller. We do not guarantee the quality, value, safety, or availability of any product or service, nor are we liable for delays, non-performance, or contract breaches.

If a product’s price or details are listed incorrectly due to a technical mistake or seller error, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order. By using the platform, you agree to release Gold Gini from any legal liability arising from other users’ actions.

4. USER CONDUCT AND RULES

● Prohibited Activities:

  • Do not upload, post, or share anything illegal, offensive, harmful, or misleading.
  • Do not use someone else’s personal information, photos, or intellectual assets without permission.
  • Do not spread spam, fake news, malicious software, or promote illegal activities.
  • Do not use fake credentials, invalid phone numbers, or fraudulent delivery addresses.
  • Do not misuse discount vouchers, return alternative/wrong items, or place bulk resale orders.
  • Do not attempt to hack, scrape, deploy automated systems (bots, scripts), or access restricted codebases.

● Account Flagging & Suspension:

Your account may be suspended or blocked if you use invalid details, fail to complete basic payment verification, repeatedly claim missing refunds without valid proof, or place multiple bulk orders intended for resale.

● User Generated Content & Credits:

When posting comments or reviews, please keep communications respectful and honest. You are solely responsible for your own statements.

Gold Gini Credits belong to your registered account profile. They are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as physical cash, and will be permanently forfeited if your account is banned due to code-of-conduct violations.

5. CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM

All texts, graphics, logos, images, vectors, and UI layouts are properties of Gold Gini or licensed contributors. By sharing or uploading public reviews/content on our platform, you grant Gold Gini an irrevocable, global, permanent, royalty-free right to use, show, modify, and distribute that data for business development.

Notice: If you return or cancel a portion of an order that utilized a special promotional discount or minimum-value voucher, and your total order value drops below the required tier threshold, the discount will be nullified and deducted from your refund balance.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

All elements, packages, materials, and services available through the platform are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" structural basis without explicit warranties of any kind. Gold Gini does not guarantee that the server infrastructure will run completely uninterrupted or error-free.

By maintaining an active phone profile number during checkout, you authorize Gold Gini and its logical logistical providers to contact you via telephone calls or automated text messages (SMS/WhatsApp) to track updates regarding your shipment or parcel delivery.

7. PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT COMPLIANCE

All pricing and payment records must settle exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR). Gold Gini provides basic integrated transaction routing tools, but does not act as a banking/financial firm and is not liable for structural network transaction failures or blocked bank accounts.

  • Verification Checkups: Sellers may request standard proof-of-identity documents prior to dispatching high-value parcels to avoid online identity theft or credit abuse.
  • Refund Channels: Approved cancellations route money directly back via the original channel source or standard NEFT/RTGS wire options. Cash-on-Delivery collections require valid bank account submissions for refund settlements.
  • Security Limit caps: We reserve complete authority to restrict user ordering thresholds or disable the Cash-on-Delivery feature for profiles displaying unusual returns or suspicious activity patterns.
  • PAN Card mandate: Under applicable fiscal tax statutes, if your cumulative cart checkout transaction evaluates to ₹2,000,000 or higher, you must upload a legitimate, matching PAN card format inside 4 days, or the system will automatically drop the order.
